The Lansing River Trail now stretches all the way from Jolly Road to Old Town! You can also catch it from Potter Park into MSU. Altogether, approximately 13 miles of paved trail pass through numerous parks and natural areas, as well as Downtown Lansing.
The River Trail is now closed under the Saginaw Street bridge just north of the City Market. It will be closed until approximately September as significant work on the bridge is being completed. In the process the River Trail will be widened and raised to alleviate frequent flooding issues. There is a detour at the site.
